Hiya! Welcome to Colieolie's Sweet Treats! My name is Nicole and my loved ones call me Colie. Years ago, my father created a song calling me colieolie and the name stuck which is how I got my business name. I am originally from Long Island New York, and I moved to NC a little over 10 years ago. My passion for sweets and baking began with me helping with my families catering company. Baking is a role that I took on and truly enjoy. My goal is to introduce the South to some Northern sweets and combine the two! Growing up in an Italian house created lots of memories and traditions that I would love to share with you. I have a variety of sweets and all sorts of fun treats and pastries. Biting into one of my handcrafted desserts, I wish to bring enjoyment and sweet moments for you all.
